SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The local ‘Me Too’ Springfield chapter is hosting a community holiday dinner.

The event begins at 6 p.m. and is free to anyone who wants to attend at the Relics Event Center.

One report says 34% of rapes are committed by a family member.

The organization says not everyone feels safe around their families during the holidays and should have a safe place to go.
