Cox Health broke ground in Monett

MONETT, Mo.–  Cox Health took a step toward providing better healthcare in the Monett community. An official groundbreaking for the health center’s new Monett facility was held Wednesday. 

The hospital’s original Monett campus was built in 1953. 

The new facility cost about $42 million dollars and is expected to take about 2 years to complete. 

The new site boasts an upgraded emergency room and an attached office for physician clinics.
