K-9 ‘Rocko’ Finds 165 Pounds of Marijuana During Traffic Stop in Buchanan County

BUCHANAN COUNTY, Mo. — A K-9 unit with the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office searched a vehicle Jan. 24 and found approximately 165 pounds of marijuana.

“Rocko” was requested by a trooper with the Missouri State Highway Patrol after the trooper stopped the vehicle in Buchanan County on Interstate 29 for a traffic violation, according to the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post.

A drug arrest was made following the search of the vehicle.
