Hawley visits Carl Junction to survey damage from the tornado


CARL JUNCTION, Mo.– The evidence of several bouts of severe weather can be seen across Missouri.

Friday, Senator Josh Hawley visited Carl Junction.

Hawley checked out the damage to homes in the Briarbrook area. He also met with first responders, and homeowners.

Hawley tweeted about Carl Junction saying what struck him the most were the volunteers. Hundreds of people have registered to help their neighbors in the past two days.

Senator Hawley will survey damage in Jefferson City Saturday.
