SPRINGFIELD – Gas prices in Missouri are 14 cents higher than last month.
One big factor that could determine prices for the rest of the summer: The US may issue stop issuing waivers that allow countries to buy oil from Iran.
If that happens, expect prices to go up even more.
Right now, “gas buddy” reports the lowest prices in Springfield are between $2.45 and $2.52 per gallon.
That’s hovering just below the state average of $2,57.
