A light band of quick moving showers is rolling through the Ozarks this morning. Most of the rain will be in the eastern viewing area by late morning and totally out of here by noon. Much colder air will rush in behind the cold front as winds shift out of the NW later today with afternoon temperatures in the upper 30’s with partly sunny skies.
Cooler air will stick around for the weekend as a few rounds of cold fronts will work through the area. Highs Saturday will hit the upper 30’s with upper 20’s and low 30’s expected Sunday. A few flurries could accompany the cold front Sunday but no accumulations are possible.
The next system we are watching brings a chance for snow and mix Tuesday. Still a lot up in the air but it could be a more active week.
