Former U.S Attorney General John Ashcroft Gives Thoughts on Attorney General Nominee Barr

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Attorney General Nominee William Barr goes before the Senate Judiciary Committee again Wednesday for day two of his confirmation hearing.

Tuesday, the main focus was trying to figure out if Barr supported Robert Mueller to complete his investigation into Russian involvement during the 2016 Presidential Election.

Missouri’s John Ashcroft served as Attorney General under President George W. Bush and gave KOLR10 his thoughts on Barr.
