Former Camden County Deputy Turns Self in, Faces Child Porn Charges

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. — A former Camden County deputy is facing child porn and child molestation charges, Lake News Online reports

According to a news release from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old Leonard Jerome Wilson turned himself in Thursday night around 10:30, then posted bond shortly after.

On Oct. 25, a warrant was issued for Wilson’s arrest on these charges: a felony possession of child pornography, a felony fourth-degree child molestation, a misdemeanor of furnishing pornographic materials to minors and a misdemeanor of stalking in the second-degree.

According to the news release, the sheriff’s office forwarded information to the State Technical Assistance Team and turned over the investigation.
