Florida Road Rage Caught on Camera

TAMPA, Fla. — An apparent case of road-rage turned into a violent hit-and-run in Florida.
Witnesses say it started with a car cutting off motorcyclists in Tampa Monday evening.

An exchange of angry words followed, then what appears to be a deliberate attack by the driver of the car, all caught on video.

First you hear a crunch then tires peeling out, as two people go flying onto the concrete.
In a split second they were run over by an enraged driver.

Abe Garcia took the video that is now going viral on his Facebook page.

Garcia says the road rage started a half mile down the road when the driver of the car that finally hit the motorcyclists cut them off, nearly running those same motorcyclists off the road.

Down the street at a red light, Garcia says the driver and motorcyclists started yelling at each other so he started recording because he says he wanted to document what could happen for police.

“That’s all I really wanted to happen.  I knew something was going to go down.  I didn’t know that extreme at all but people are crazy man – anywhere it’s your life you’re like, and, instantly.”

The witness says police arrested the driver of the car just down the road minutes later.

The two motorcycle passengers could be seen getting up after the crash and are expected to be okay.
