Findings show exercise improves cognitive performance in older adults


New findings show older adults who exercise with moderate intensity in the morning have improved cognitive performance, like decision-making, through the rest of the day. 

 Australian researchers say older adults can also benefit from brief light-intensity walking breaks to boost their short-term memory.
