NEBRASKA – Convoy of Hope has sent their disaster team to Nebraska to distribute aid to flooding victims, a press release from the Convoy of Hope says.
So far, the Convoy of Hope has sent four truckloads of drinking water to Nebraska over the past three days. The Convoy of Hope said 150,000 pounds of water will be distributed across Nebraska.
Drinking water is a pressing need in the area, due to fresh water systems being damaged from the flooding.
Convoy of Hope also sent a disaster response team to Malawi and Mozambique on Monday. They are bringing water filtration systems and solar lanterns, along with providing other aid.
