Company sends inaccurate letters saying patient insurances no longer work at CoxHealth


SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — If you received a letter from a company by the name of Missouri Care saying that your insurance plan no longer covers services at CoxHealth, don’t worry.

CoxHealth announced today the letters contained incorrect information and were sent by mistake.

While cox didn’t send the letter, they felt a responsibility to inform the community.

Missouri Care is currently looking into why this happened.
