Chaos Breaks Out at Rapper Nipsey Hussel’s Vigil

News

LOS ANGELES, Ca. – What was supposed to be a peaceful gathering at the site where rapper, Nipsey Hussle, was killed  turned chaotic overnight.

One person was seen being carried by Los Angeles police. Others were treated by ambulances. LAPD says many of the injuries stemmed from people being trampled.

“Absolutely chaotic, mass panic.” said one LAPD officer, “When we were watching from overhead it was literally people scattered in all directions.”

33 year old Hussle was gunned down Sunday outside the clothing store he owned. Police are still looking for the shooter who they say is 29-year-old Eric Holder.

Raised by his mother and grandmother, Hussle admitted in interviews that as a teenager he was involved in a gang, but music turned his life around. His debut album was nominated for best rap album at this year’s grammy awards.
