Camdenton Man Charged with Sex Crimes Against Teen with Disability

CAMDENTON, Mo.– Authorities in Camden County have arrested and charged a Camdenton man with multiple sex crimes against a female teenager with a mental disability, according to KRCG.

27-year-old John L Gregory was charged with rape, sodomy, assault, and armed criminal action on Tuesday. 

The 17-year-old female, who has a diagnosed disability with the mentality of a 10-year-old, told investigators Gregory forced her to have sex multiple times in different locations including a truck and in the woods, according to KRCG.

KRCG also reports that Gregory admitted that the sex crimes began in 2016 when the victim was 16.

Gregory is currently in the Camden County Jail on a $100,000 cash only bond.
