FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Bella Vista police have seized drugs they say may have been being sold in schools.

The Bella Vista Police Department said three people were arrested on multiple drug charges Tuesday after a search warrant was executed at a home.

One is accused of sharing drugs like LSD and methamphetamine with his two daughters. A juvenile was released to a parent and has charges pending, police said.

Among the different drugs seized in the home on Wroxham Lane was kratom, which is illegal in 14 states, including Arkansas.

Police said they’re investigating if the kratom was being sold in schools, but they didn’t specify which ones.

The three drug suspects arrested all have a court date scheduled for Oct. 2, authorities said.
