BRANSON, Mo. – Multiple agencies battled a three-alarm lake house fire in Branson for more than seven hours Tuesday morning.

The Southern Stone County Fire Protection District responded to the fire around one this morning. Upon arrival heavy smoke was seen coming from the home and an active attack on the fire began.

Within twenty minutes the fire increased to a two-alarm fire and additional agencies were called to assist. 

By 3:30 a.m. the fire was a three-alarm active fire. Crews reported having water pressure issues while fighting the fire.

Fire crews were able to protect two nearby structures although one sustained minimal damage.

No one was injured inside the home. Two firefighters suffered minor injuries after falling on ice.
