BOLIVAR, Mo. — Citizen’s Memorial Hospital in Bolivar officials say there are just too many cases of the flu — and now there are restrictions on visitors.

No one 14 years old or younger is allowed to visit the CMH Birth Place, the labor and delivery department at CMH.

The infection prevention coordinator at the hospital says nearly 70 percent of flu cases at clinics this week were in kids younger than 14.

The number of flu cases is not high enough to restrict all hospital visitors, only the Birth Place.
