SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A shooting occurred on Dec. 29 in one of the rooms at the University Plaza Hotel in Springfield.
Around 12:30 p.m., one person was sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
According to the Springfield Police, the shooting was accidental.
