Walmart worker buys new shoes for child in need

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.– The Springfield Discovery Center posted this picture. They are currently operating as an emergency childcare center for healthcare workers and first responders.

One of the kids at the center needed bigger shoes, but it was too late to add them to the online Walmart order for the center.

James Jarin stepped in. When he heard that the child needed shoes, he sprung into action and bought them with his own money and gave them to the Discovery Center.

Jarin says he wasn’t expecting any recognition for the act, he just saw a need and knew he could fill it.
