Sarah Scarlett is grateful and excited to deliver the news to you during the week. She joined Ozarks Fox as an evening anchor in June of 2020. You can watch her anchor with Mike Landis at 6:30 and 9 pm on Ozarks Fox.
One of her highlights in Springfield was writing, producing, and anchoring a special hour-long Missouri History show with Political Analyst Brian Calfano. She was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. As a child, she woke up early to catch the news on her favorite local channel, WFAA every morning before going to school.
Her love of local news inspired her to study Broadcast Journalism at the University of North Texas in Denton.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies.
Before joining Ozarks Fox she anchored evening newscasts for Fox 14 in Monroe, LA.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys working out, watching stand-up comedy, reading memoirs, watching anything about True Crime, and getting outside. If you follow her on social media you’ll see how obsessed she is with her friends, family, and her Siamese cat, Kit Cat.
