High temperatures were a bit closer to average today: in the mid 80s to near 90 degrees. Tonight will be mostly clear and calm, with a low temperature of 63 degrees.
Dry air throughout the atmosphere limits Sunday's rain chances. An isolated storm is possible in the afternoon due to a weak upper level disturbance passing through. Still, it should be a mostly sunny day across the Ozarks, with many of us escaping the rain. If you do have outdoor plans, SPF 30+ is recommended. The UV index is coming in "very high" (at a 9) on Sunday.
A bit more moisture works in on Monday, giving slightly higher chances for a few storms. Tuesday will be a mostly dry day, with only an isolated storm possible. Storm chances will be greatest during the second half of this upcoming workweek, and more clouds build into the picture as well.
Overnight lows will slowly creep up through the week. We're starting our mornings off in the low 60s, but we'll start near 70 degrees by the end of this upcoming week. High temperatures top out in the upper 80s to low 90s through the extended period.
