It was a summer-like start to our week with temperatures climbing into the 90s.  We saw a decent supply of sunshine with only a couple showers and storms today.  A quick storm is possible overnight, but severe weather is not anticipated.  Our low temperature makes it down to 67 degrees.

We'll see a mix of sun and clouds accompanied by slight chances for storms now through Wednesday.  An upper level ridge to our west will be close enough to keep storm chances on the lower end, and to turn up the heat a bit.  Highs will be a couple degrees warmer, in the low 90s on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Our mornings start extra muggy and warm; we'll bottom out near 70 degrees Thursday through the weekend.

The summer humidity is back in the air by the middle of this week!  Plus, storm chances will be greatest during the second half of this upcoming workweek, as our upper level ridge breaks down and a front approaches the region.  Storm chances rise through Wednesday evening.  The highest chance of storms this week is on Thursday.  More clouds build into the picture as well, holding high temperatures down into the mid 80s.  Storm chances linger into the weekend.
