According to a news release, Ozark Police officers served a search warrant at an Ozark residence Wednesday afternoon.
During the execution of the search warrant, officers found evidence and a vehicle believed to be connected to the deadly hit and run on the Fourth of July.
Police say they were able to obtain the search warrant as a result of information received from the public.
According to Ozark Police, no other information is available at this time.
On July 4, Sparks was riding his bike on Highway NN, east of N. 2nd St., before midnight when he was struck by a vehicle and killed.
