UPDATE: Driver Charged with Manslaughter is a Teacher at Logan Rogersville School

MARSHFIELD, Mo. -- A man charged with Involuntary Manslaughter and Vehicular Assault for a crash on Oct. 25 was a teacher at Logan Rogersville High School.
MARSHFIELD, Mo. -- A man charged with Involuntary Manslaughter and Vehicular Assault for a crash on Oct. 25 was a teacher at Logan Rogersville High School.

According to the superintendent of the Logan Rogersville School District, Jeremy Tucker, Chad Bybee, 32, was an agriculture teacher at the high school.

Bybee war recently recognized this summer by the Missouri Vocational Agriculture Teachers Association for contributing to agriculture education in Missouri for 10 years, according to the South County Mail.

A bond for Bybee has been set at $100,000 and he will be arraigned today, Oct. 28, at 1 p.m.

According to Tucker, the school's board of education is planning to meet to determine what route they need to take with this case.
