T of C Day Two: A Pair Of OT's

Day two of the Bass Pro Shops Tournament of Champions featured two OT games.
SPRINGFIELD, Mo--Day two of the 30th annual Bass Pro Shops Tournament of Champions is underway at JQH Arena.

KOLR 10's Megan Rice is live courtside at the Q and Megan, the semifinal games are underway.

That's right Dan, after Friday night's games we will know who will be playing for the the T of C championship.

But first, day two got started with Willard and North Carolina's Wesleyan Christian.

Tigers taking on North Carolina's Wesleyan Christian, off the rebound the layup by Theo Pinson he'll be wearing Tarheel blue next year, 16-12 Tigers lead.

And things got a little crazy in OT, Tigers down three under ten seconds.

Chris Kendrix is fouled and he makes all three free throws to tie it up.

About seven seconds left, off the inbounds, Kendrix fouls Pinson.

He'll go to the free throw line and make the free throws to win it 53-51 the final in overtime.

In the second game, Kickapoo playing California's Village Christian.
And Marsalis Johnson gets the bank to go, 22-14 Village Christian up.

Then Tyson Batiste with the nice hoop, that makes it 22-16 Village Christian.

Jack Simpson with the steal, then takes it the other way, behind the back and the score, 26-18 the lead is cut down.

Then Johnson again with the shot off the rebound and he gets the finish and that makes it 30-21 Crusaders.

Then in double overtime Simpson ties it again at 41.

But the Crusaders Bennie Boatwright hits a dagger three pointer as
Village Christian wins it in double overtime 55-52.       

White Station from Memphis beat Paul VI 65-50 in one semifinal game.

Montverde and Christ The King played the late semifinal game.
