An estimated 10,000 people lose their lives every year due to drunk-driving related accidents. If you've enjoyed a few alcoholic beverages and want to know where your blood alcohol level stands, turn to technology.

Know your blood alcohol level with accuracy with one of these consumer breathalyzers.

The AlcoHawk Pro is supposedly the model that law enforcement officers use. For 60-dollars, this no-frills breathalyzer relies on long, deep breaths to deliver the highest accuracy.

The pocket-sized BreathKey Keychain Breathalyzer delivers accurate results with a decent amount of features. For sixty bucks, it's incredibly light weight and reads out results in thousandths of a percent.

At the top of the line is the BACtrack Mobile Breathalyzer for $150. Besides the standard features, this gadget provides extra disposable tips so your friends can use it and it can estimate how long before you're sober. It also syncs over bluetooth with an iPhone mobile app so you can track your blood alcohol level AND even share that data to your social networks. Why...I'm not sure. Perhaps switch that feature off while you're sober.
