Ozark Man Indicted for Producing Child Porn

OZARK, Mo. – An Ozark man was indicted by a federal grand jury Tuesday for using two minors to produce child pornography.
OZARK, Mo. – An Ozark man was indicted by a federal grand jury Tuesday for using two minors to produce child pornography.

Dennis Lee Whitaker, 53, of Ozark, was charged in a two-count indictment, according to Tammy Dickinson, United States Attorney.

The indictment alleges that Whitaker used two unidentified minors to produce child porn between Jan. 1, 2010 and Jan. 1, 2013 in Stone and Taney counties.

If convicted, each count carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison without parole.
