The Evangel Crusaders will play at JFK this Saturday, and the Cardinals will not be the bottom wild card team after a 4-1 win over the Nationals Wednesday afternoon.
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- It's taken about a month for the Evangel Crusaders to play football here in Springfield but they'll finally be back at JFK this Saturday at 6 p.m. The Crusaders didn't start the year until September 14th, a a loss at Kansas Wesleyan. Then won at Avila last week. Evangel finished 7-4 last year and had one of the best offenses in the Heart of America Athletic Conference. The Crusaders take on Mid-America Nazarene this Saturday night.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- The Cardinals will not be the bottom wild card team after a 4-1 win over the Nationals Wednesday afternoon. Shelby Miller picked up his 15th win and Matt Adams hit his 17th homer. St. Louis is now three games ahead of the pirates with three games to go, and can clinch the division outright tomorrow. They are off Thursday night.
