Andy Reid makes a triumphant return to Philly - the Cards lose a heartbreaker and Kickapoo shuts out Ozark in soccer.

The Kansas City Chiefs escorted Andy Reid back to Philadelphia last night.
Reid returning to the city where he coached for 14 seasons before the Eagles fired him last season.
His new Chiefs team trying to open the season with a 3-and-0 start.
The fans at Lincoln Financial Stadium giving Andy Reid a standing ovation in his return.
It's 3-0 Chiefs when Michael Vick's pass is tipped by Derrick Johnson and picked by Eric Berry;  it's 10-0 Chiefs.
The Eagles answer with Vick, he beats the blitz and hits Jason Avant with a 22 yard touchdown it's 10-6 with the missed point after.
Ryan Succop boots a 31 yard field goal to make it 13-6 Kansas City.
Then Vick is picked off again, this time by Sean Smith, that led to a fieldgoal.  It was 16-6 Kansas City at halftime.
In the fourth quarter, more Chiefs when Jamaal Charles takes it to the far side, he turns the corner and scores from three yards out.  It's 23-9, Kansas City.
And the Chiefs go onto win 26-16.

Corey Dickerson's RBI triple with one out in the bottom of the 15th inning gave the Rockies a 7-6 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals Thursday afternoon.
Charlie Blackmon finished with four hits and Troy Tulowitzki and Todd Helton homered for the Rockies in tying the second-longest game in Coors Field history.
Matt Holliday had three hits for the Cardinals, who had their NL Central Division lead over Pittsburgh trimmed to one game. The Pirates beat San Diego 10-1.
The Cardinals were down 4-0 after Tulowitzki's two-run homer in the third off Michael Wacha. St. Louis scored three in the fourth and tied it in the fifth on an RBI from Holliday, who then scored on a double in the eighth by David Freese to go up 5-4.
In the bottom half of the inning, Dickerson tripled off Trevor Rosenthal, scoring a run and tying the game.
In the ninth, the Cardinal re-took the lead when Holliday singled in a run, but the Rockies answered when Helton homered off Edward Mujica. It was just Wednesday night that Mujica won the battle by striking out Helton with the bases loaded to preserve the win.
In the 15th, Dickerson hit his second triple of the game, driving in the winning run against Fernando Salas…the club's 10th pitcher of the game.

OZARK, Mo--Boys high school soccer Thursday night, Kickapoo visiting their old coach Tom Davidson and his Ozark Tigers.
Kickapoo with an early opportunity, nice pass to Cole Johnson, his head ball just goes wide of the post.
Ozark back the other way,  Jorge Diaz de Mera with the long distance shot, flipped over the cross bar by Kickapoo's Quinn Ruggeri, still scoreless.
Kickapoo with another try, Brando Valdovinos with the fancy footwork and just wide again.
But in the second half the Chiefs finally score, nice pass from Alec Gathright to Austin Reinold, 1-nothing Kickapoo.
And the Chiefs win 6-nothing.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo--Girls high school golf Thursday at the Bill and Payne Stewart golf course.
It's the Missouri State relays.
18 girls teams from throughout the Ozarks taking part.
One of the top prep golfers in the state is Glendale's Sun Jung.
She shot a 79, but that was not good enough to win the individual honors, that went to Joplin's Samantha Stout, she shot a 74 and beat Mt. Vernon's Ashley Childers in a playoff for that honor.
But Mt. Vernon got revenge in the team competition winning by nine strokes over Joplin, West Plains was third.
