SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Ozarks Technical Community College has a news director of Communications and it is a face familiar to viewers of KOLR10.

Mark Miller, a former news and sports anchor for KOLR, is expected to be approved for the job by the OTC Board of Trustees Monday, according to a news release from the college.

This fall, Miller left Drury University where he was associate director of marketing and communications.  He was named spokesperson and issues manager at the University of Colorado-Boulder in early November and served there just two months before Friday's announcement by OTC.

Dr. Hal Higdon, OTC Chancellor, said of Miller in a statement issued by the college, "We welcome Mark to the OTC family where his many talents will be put to use to lead the College in communicating our story to supporters, business leaders and the public in a variety of ways."
