The rally never seems to end. Stocks moved higher again Monday in another record -breaking day. Traders wrap up early today. The markets are closed Wednesday for Christmas.

The Dow Jones gained 73 points Monday.
The NASDAQ was up 44.

Target is doing damage control after hackers stole the credit and debit card information of some 40 million target customers.

In a statement Monday the big box store says it reached out to state attorneys general from across the country and put them in contact with Target's general counsel. Target is also working with investigators from the U.S. Secret Service and the Department of Justice.

A former executive from famed jewelry retailer Tiffany and company has been sentenced to one year and one day in prison for stealing more than $1.2 million in jewelry from the company's Fifth Avenue flagship.

The powder is perfect, but the price - not so much. The Aspen Skiing Company says this holiday season it will charge its highest price ever for a single day lift ticket. Getting to the top of the mountain will set you back a cool $124.

Resort officials say the early ski conditions are the best they've seen in decades.
