A jury found that bank of America committed fraud when its countrywide unit sold defective loans to mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

It marks the first time a bank has been found responsible for wrongdoing tied to the 2008 financial crisis.

AT&T is out with better than expected earnings. Expect reports today from Amazon.com, Ford and Southwest Airlines.


T-mobile is offering free data to win over tablet customers. If your tablet is compatible with t-mobile you can get 200 mb of data each month for free, regardless of whether you're actually a T-mobile customer.

The offer comes the same week Apple unveiled the new iPad air and iPad mini. The two tablets are the first that Apple has made available to T-mobile.

And a sobering survey this morning.

Many middle-class Americans plan to work until they die because they can't save enough to retire comfortably.

34 percent plan to work until they're at least 80 while 37 percent say they'll never retire and plan to either work until they get too sick or die. They say they simply can't afford to pay their monthly bills and save for retirement at the same time.
