LEBANON, Mo. – A 51-year-old man has admitted to Lebanon Police Department investigators that he had oral sex and intercourse with a 15-year-old girl, according to a probable cause statement filed in the case against him.

Lester Robert Ishman is charged with four counts of statutory sodomy and four counts of statutory rape in connection with at least two incidents in early December, online court records state.

Ishman, who is free on $150,000 bond and is forbidden by a judge to have contact with his alleged victim or anyone under age 18, is quoted in the probable cause statement as telling Lebanon Police investigators that he and the girl “got a little to close about 60 days ago.”

He went on to describe sexual activities in his car on Dec. 1 and again a few days later, the statement says, and he further stated that he knew the girl was under the age of 17. He said the two had engaged in sex on four or five occasions.

He is to be back in court at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2.

According to the Lebanon Daily Record, Ishman was a church bus driver.
