His publicist said in a statement the singer - shown here Monday after a court hearing - will enter a rehab facility.

Brown and a bodyguard are accused of assaulting a man outside a Washington D.C. hotel.

Felony charges originally filed in the incident were reduced to misdemeanors.

And then in another ominous development - their official group Twitter account was deactivated.
