Hey Shannon! Relationship Question for September 26, 2013

"Hey Shannon, my fiancé and I have been engaged for two years. I am ready to sit down and set a date, but every time I bring it up she blows me off. We have been together for 4 years, so it's not like we rushed into our engagement. She is very independent and has a lot of drive when it comes to her career. I think she sees marriage as a step closer to starting a family and with that less opportunity to advance in her profession. I've told her I want to wait to have kids and spend a couple years together, but she still resists. Is there something else going on here? Should I be worried? "
