"Hey Shannon, my 16 year old daughter wants to be Miley Cyrus for Halloween. I am concerned that the costume will be inappropriate for her age. I have told her to pick something different, but she thinks since she is paying for it herself, I shouldn't have a say on what she wears. What should I do?"
