Hey Shannon! Relationship Question for July 30, 2013

My son is having a hard time in school. He constantly comes home upset because of other kids bullying him. I have reached out to his teachers and they say they'll keep an eye out for it, but it doesn't seem to be getting better. I want to pull him out of school and either send him somewhere else or home school him. My husband keeps saying that he needs to toughen up and get a thicker skin. How do I get my husband on board with what I think is best for our son?
