Hey Shannon! Relationship Question for July 17, 2013

"My friend used to be a little overweight in college and recently lost it all. I am so proud of her, but when I was having dinner with her the other night she kept talking about how gross she was in college. Saying how couldn't believe she let herself go that bad. I am currently the same size she was in school so her comments really hurt my feelings. How can I make her understand that while I am happy for her, I am sensitive to what she is saying?"
