Hey Shannon! Relationship Question for January 13, 2014

"Hey Shannon, I am a stay at home mother of four. I love being a mother and being able to spend so much time with my kids. Sometimes though I feel like I am losing myself. I have given up my career, my alone time, a lot of hobbies and ambitions. I feel like I don't have a sense of identity outside of diapers, "Chutes and Ladders" and kindergarten homework. Is this normal? How can I change this feeling? "
