Hey Shannon! Relationship Question for August 2, 2013

"My parents just told my sister and me that after 25 years of marriage they are separating. They wouldn't tell us what happened and just that they needed a break. I didn't think too much of the separation at first. I assumed they would get back together after some time apart. Then a bomb got dropped. My father met someone else. His girlfriend is just 3 years older then me. I feel completely disgusted by him now. I don't know if I can ever be ok with this. What should I do?"
