Hey Shannon! Relationship Question for August 16, 2013

"My husband is a workaholic. He is getting into his late 60s and refuses to retire. I want him to retire so we can travel and spend time with our grandkids. I bring the subject up to him and he tells me he still has a couple years. His job requires him to be on rooftops and operate heavy machinery. I don't feel like it is safe for him to do that type of work anymore. How can I get through to him?"
