Hey Shannon! Relationship Question for August 14, 2013

"I have been working at the same job for 10 years. I am very close to all my co-workers, they are like a second family to me. Yesterday I saw someone taking something out of another co-worker's desk. This morning, there was an email sent out looking for the item I saw taken. I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I feel like I should speak up. What should I do?"
