Halloween SPOOKTACULAR
Dickerson Park Zoo, 1401 W. Norton Rd., Springfield
Oct, 31 Time: 6:30-9pm
Admission: $7 per person at the gate; $6 advance tickets available in mid-October at area McDonald's restaurants; $3 per person for Friends of the Zoo members

Bass Pro Shops Great Pumpkin Halloween

Bass Pro Shops presents the Great Pumpkin event with the classic Peanuts™ characters, Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Linus, Sally and Lucy for the Halloween holiday festivities. The free event will feature activities including fun crafts for kids, a Halloween costume parade, trick-or-treating and much more

      

Springfield Art Museum's 'Trick-Art-Treat' event
Families are invited to celebrate Halloween 3-5 p.m., Oct. 31 at the Springfield Art Museum with a variety of fun and free activities.
The museum will offer a performance by MSU's Inertia Dance Company, Vincent Van GOAT (an interactive sculpture that shares Ozarks artists' stories), shadow puppetry, make-your-own spooky sound effects, artist-carved pumpkins for sale, a costume contest, 3-D mask making and other arts and crafts, games, a scavenger hunt, face painting and balloon creations.
Admission to the Springfield Art Museum is free. The Springfield Art Museum is located at 1111 E. Brookside Drive.



Free Mall-Wide Trick or Treating at Battlefield Mall, Springfield, MO
Battlefield Mall invites all little goblins to join them for free, indoor mall-wide trick-or-treating. The Simon Kidgits Club will also be hosting fun activities, giveaways and live entertainment.

Trick Art Treat at the Springfield Art Museum
Oct. 31, 3-5 p.m.

Stop by for facepainting, Inertia Dance Company performance at 3:15 p.m., costume contest, scavenger hunt, shadow puppetry, balloon animals, arts, crafts and treats. This is free and for all ages. Call 837-5700.


Ozark Fire District's Trick-or-Treating

Stop by the fire houses for treats, a tour of the station and fire trucks, and public safety education.

Safe Street Trick Or Treat At The Branson Landing

7th Annual Safe Street Trick or Treat with Branson Landing merchants. Thursday, October 31st.  This safe Halloween alternative is exclusively for children in costume up to age 12.  Visit the businesses with the Halloween Signs in their windows - as those signs will mark the participating "Trick or Treat" businesses, located up and down the Branson Landing Promenade.

James River Assembly Church - October 31st Party
Free community event, hosted by James River Assembly, will feature activities for children and families including "The Glow Show," a massive glow-in-the-dark production; inflatables; cookies and crafts; loads of candy and more. Kids of all ages are invited to dress up in their favorite costumes for this event. Rain or shine, join us from 6pm-9pm. It's free for the entire family. The October 31st Party will be held at both James River Assembly locations; the South Campus at Hwy 65 & CC and the West Campus at Hwy 60 & FF.

Trunk or Treating is a safe and fun-filled, one-stop alternative to trick or treating for children where we offer trunks decorated in a variety of fun-themes, games, cider, popcorn, and of course candy.  Participants need to be at the church by 5 PM to have vehicles in the roped-off areas and decorated to be ready to pass out candy when our guests arrive at 6 PM.
