Halloween Fest Highlights Final Weekend at Farm Park's Fall Fest

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Halloween Fest returns to Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park this weekend. The Springfield-Greene County Park Board sponsors the annual festival, Halloween Fest is also the final weekend at Farm Park’s Fall Fest.
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Halloween Fest returns to Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park this weekend. The Springfield-Greene County Park Board sponsors the annual festival, Halloween Fest is also the final weekend at Farm Park’s Fall Fest.

The festival is designed for kids ages 12 and under, kids are encouraged to wear a costume.

The weekend includes all things Halloween, specifically pumpkins, costumes, and candy. The theme this year is pirates and activities include the captain hook ring toss, the jolly roger temporary tattoo station, walking the plank, digging for buried treasure, and the Pirates of the Caribbean Kracken inflatable pirate ship.

This will also be the final weekend for the haunted trail at Rutledge-Wilson Farm Park. The haunted trail is designed for teenagers and adults, children must be 9 years-of-age to enter and kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Halloween Fest takes place Saturday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday from noon-6:00p.m.

The haunted trail is open Saturday from 6:00p.m.-10:00p.m. admission to the trail is $5 per person.
