Ground Steak Patty with Sauteed Mushrooms

Steak and potatoes don't have to bust your calorie budget. CoxHealth dietitian Donna Webb has this healthy version.
Ground Steak Patty with Sauteed Mushrooms 

(MAKES 4 SERVINGS)

 4-oz. ground steak or ground chuck patties, uncooked
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons organic crushed garlic
½ cup white onions, chopped
2 cups fresh mushroom, sliced
1 tablepoon Soy Sauce

1.     Place ground steak patties on medium hot grill or indoor electric grill.  Cook until desired done-ness.
2.    While ground steak patties are cooking, heat oil in skillet on stovetop.  Add onions and garlic.  Cook until onions are tender.  Add mushrooms.  Continuing cooking until mushrooms are tender. 
3.    Stir soy sauce into vegetables.
4.    Serve steak patties topped with sautéed vegetables.
Great to serve with 1/2 baked potato and large mixed greens salad.
