Greek Yogurt with Berries

Dietitian Donna Webb is back with a real recipe for yogurt with natural ingredients.
Greek Yogurt with Berries                                

8 oz. plain Greek yogurt (preferably 2% fat or higher)
2 tsp. 100% maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup raspberries
1.    Whisk together yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
2.    Serve yogurt over raspberries.
NUTRITION: In 2 tablespoons:  277 calories, 5 gms fat, 18 gms carbohydrates, 24 gm protein, 82 mg sodium

8 oz. half and half
4 Tbsp. 100% maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon extract
1.    Mix all ingredients together.  Keep refrigerated until use.
