(Springfield, MO) -- We're ending our dip week with a tasty treat!
Caetano with Big Whiskey's joined Ozarks Local Live @ 4 Thursday to show
us how to make buffalo chicken dip!
Here's the recipe:
First, bake 16 ounces of chicken breast, dice, and set aside.
Then in a 2-quart dish, spread 16 ounces of cream cheese on the bottom of the dish.
Next, dice up 8 ounces of Land o'Lakes pepper jack cheese and spread on top of the cream cheese.
Then place the diced chicken on top of the cheese. Pour 8 ounces of Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce on the top and cover the dish with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Stir all the ingredients. Repeat two times or until all the cheeses are melted together.
Cut some fresh celery and some tortilla chips and enjoy!
