Wright County Sheriff Reports Removal of 17 Pot Plants from Property

Hartville, Mo. – The Wright County Sheriff’s Office reports a total of 17 marijuana plants were pulled from some property in the county.
Hartville, Mo. – The Wright County Sheriff’s Office reports a total of 17 marijuana plants were pulled from some property in the county.

Sheriff Glen Adler says that the department received a call on Monday, August 4 from a property owner who lived between Norwood and Mountain Grove who reported he found marijuana growing on his property. A total of 17 plants were pulled located on the property and removed by the sheriff’s office.

Adler says that he thanks the landowners for calling the plants in, and adds that if anyone else comes across plants that are growing on their land, they should call their local law enforcement agency or the Wright County Sheriff’s Office at 417-741-7576.
