Victory Mission Provides Easter Dinner to the Homeless

SPRINGFIELD, Mo -- Many families across the Ozarks celebrated the Easter holiday with food, friends, and gifts, but for the homeless all of these options are limited.
SPRINGFIELD, Mo -- Many families across the Ozarks celebrated the Easter holiday with food, friends, and gifts, but for the homeless all of these options are limited.

One local ministry is helped to make this holiday special for those who are in need.

Springfield Victory Mission and SOMA Home Church hosted an Easter Sunday celebration service April 20 for the homeless.

Easter Services are to be held at 5 pm at the Victory Mission's Ministry Center Chapel followed by a free Easter Sunday Dinner at the Cook’s Kettle.
