UPDATE: Missing Marionville Girl Found in Oklahoma

MARIONVILLE, Mo. -- An 11-year-old girl, abducted by her non-custodial father Monday morning, has been found safe.
MARIONVILLE, Mo. -- An 11-year-old girl, abducted by her non-custodial father Monday morning, has been found safe.

According to the Aurora Police Department, Danielle Smith was found with her father in Oklahoma City around 5:30 p.m. Monday after she went missing from a street near Marionville Elementary that morning.

Police believe Andrew Smith, Danielle's non-custodial father, and his brother, Richard Smith, put the girl in a car two blocks from the school.

Both men have been arrested and are being held on bond awaiting transportation to Lawrence County, Mo.

Police say the suspects were trying to change vehicles in Oklahoma City.
